1. Orders & Cancellations
All orders placed with The Hanger are final and confirmed upon full payment (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.
2. Craft & Color Variations
Each piece at The Hanger is thoughtfully crafted with close attention to detail. Please note that subtle variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to studio lighting, mobile/computer screen displays, and artisanal production techniques. These natural variations are part of the garment's unique character and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Fit & Sizing
Size guides are provided on our website for reference purposes. Final fit may vary slightly depending on the specific design, fabric stretch, and craftsmanship. We highly recommend reviewing our measurements carefully before placing your order.
4. Delivery & Force Majeure
The Hanger shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural events, courier partner delays, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory matters.
5. Policy Updates
The Hanger reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
