Refund policy


Thank you for shopping at The Hanger (thehanger.pk). We want you to love your dress, but we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Please read our policy below regarding refunds and exchanges.

1. No Cash Refunds

Please note that The Hanger does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns are handled strictly through product exchanges or store credit.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the event that you receive a genuine defect or an incorrect item.

To qualify for an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof: You must provide clear supporting images/videos of the defect or the incorrect item along with your order number.

  • Contact: Please email your claim to thehangerwah@gmail.com.

 

3. Policy Exclusions

The following items are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces

  • Stitched or altered garments

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or used products

 

4. Approved Exchange Terms

Once your exchange claim is reviewed and approved, the items must pass a quality inspection at our warehouse. Following a successful inspection, we will offer you one of the following:

  • Size Exchange: A replacement of the same item in a different size (subject to stock availability).

  • Store Credit: A digital credit code valid for 15 days from the date of issue, which you can use to purchase anything else on our store.

⚠️ Note on Shipping: Return shipping costs and responsibilities are to be borne entirely by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
