Yes, since a majority of the apparel features a unisex, relaxed, or oversized fit, detailed size charts are provided on each product page. It is highly recommended to check your measurements before ordering to get your desired look (e.g., standard streetwear drape vs. true-to-size).
You can cancel or amend your order as long as it has not been processed or handed over to the courier service. To make changes to your shipping details or item sizes, please contact customer support immediately via their official WhatsApp or phone number.

No, we do not provide any custom stitching services. All of our collections are strictly available either as ready-to-wear, pre-stitched western streetwear garments, or as unstitched raw fabrics as explicitly listed in the product description.
We offer two convenient payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the courier agent when your package is delivered to your doorstep. Bank Transfer: Pay securely by transferring the total amount directly to our bank account. If you choose this option, please share your payment receipt with our customer support team to confirm your order.
A: For standard orders, delivery typically takes 7 to 9 working days. During major sales, holidays, or promotional events, delivery times may slightly extend to 9 to 11 working days.
The Hanger Pakistan charges a flat shipping fee of PKR 350 on orders nationwide.
f you are unavailable, the courier service will safely hold your package at their local warehouse and call you for confirmation before a second delivery attempt. The courier will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the package remains uncollected after the second attempt, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
